Top 100 Favorite Dishes of 2015: Muhammara at Aleppo's Kitchen

Truth be told, there's plenty of menu items at Aleppo's Kitchen in Anaheim deserving of 100 Favorite Dishes spots. I originally came here to rave about the mixed kibbeh platter only to find the Syrian trademark on last year's list. With that being the case, allow me to praise muhammara, a red paste so delectable no dine in at the restaurant should start without it.
