Twofer: OCDA Completes Investigation into Inmate Abortion and Officer-Involved Shooting

The Orange County District Attorney's (OCDA) office published reports from two completed investigations last week. The first report dealt with a non-fatal officer-involved shooting in Santa Ana packaged with the familiarities of a suspect tugging at his waistband only to get sluged by police--all within policy. The second is more curious as it details an in-custody death, not of a homeless person, or someone felled by drug overdose, but of a fetus. A fetus? Yes, a fetus.
